My current make-up routine has been Laura Mercier obsessed! I’ve been using so many of her products in my daily routine and one of them being the Colour Infusion Blush. I love the range of colours to choose from and they all look so good on my skin tone.

The Colour Infusion Blushes come in two finishes. Shimmer and matte. I’ve always been a matte blush wearer but recently tried the shimmer in this line and loved it! Most shimmer blushes I came across have too much shimmer and start to look like a colourful highlighter of some sort. No Bueno.

You can find this blush at Sephora for $38.00 CAD. The blush is buildable without looking cake-y and has 10 hours of wear. I love how natural the finish is no matter how much you build on.
TIP: Build on this blush to get the intensity you’re looking for.

These blushes are infused with micro-fine powders and look natural on all skin tones. You can actually tone down the vivid colours with some Laura Mercier Translucent powder to get the softest tone. Because it’s a buildable blush you’re able to do this vs other vivid blush colour brands.

Laura Mercier Colour Infusion Blush is Buildable

My favourite colours that I’ve been using regularly are Grapefruit, Rose, Kir Royale and Chai. I love that the colour stays true on either liquid foundation or bare skin. Some brands I’ve used in the past change depending on what the surface is like.

Chai is the most perfect colour for everyday office/work make-up look. I wear Kir Royale in the evenings and Grapefruit is so playful! See below images from Instagram where I wore some of these colours.

I’m also a huge fan of their primer, mascara and bunch of other products that I share on Instagram stories and posts. Click through the selfie pictures above to read more about my favourites.

It’s the official first day of Summer and June is coming to an end! I’m getting an early start on sharing my June beauty favourites with you guys and I hope we share the love for these products. And if we don’t, that’s okay too. Having said that, I have been having the worse breakout from using a new foundation from MAC that I just can’t stop using. I don’t know if it’s my guilt of having it go to waste or if I just have too much of easy access to it in my makeup bag. I need to move it out of arms reach. Currently, I am using a mix of Maybelline concealer and Dermablend foundation, so I’ll be reporting back to you on the effects of those ones on my skin. June Beauty Favourites
