7. Brow Contour Pro 4-in-1 defining and highlighting brow pencil – $42
I love that this one pencil has different colours to use and a highlight pencil all in one retractable pen. The pencil itself is also really skinny, so the precision on it is perfect for making soft lines that mimic the look of actual hairs. I’ve been using this for over a month now and the quality of the pencil is a 10/10. It hasn’t broken off or dried out making it difficult for colour to transfer over. Both situations have happened to me before with competitor retractable pencils.
